Ian reports from Rio on planetarium council

Ian writes from the meeting of the IPS Council: “Just a word to let you know that Alexandria, Egypt was the clear favourite and winner of the bid to host the 2010 International Planetarium Society conference - at the IPS Council meeting here yesterday. It will be held in July, 2010 - precise dates yet to be confirmed. Our host will be Dr. Omar Fikry.”
